“(un)Becoming”: Shedding the Old, Embracing the New Through Self-Care“

The creation of “(un)Becoming” began with a powerful Soul Art Intention: “I am shining my light brightly and creating a life, career, community, and income I love, cherish, and value.” This journey was a heartfelt process that involved body mapping, opening creativity doors, and allowing myself the luscious time for creative expression.

Through this journey, I was guided into deep introspection, revealing keys and codes that would support me on my life and spirit path The insights came in waves, starting with a significant revelation right at the beginning, one that showed me that I can feel safe in hard situations by taking good care of myself.

This initial insight was then followed by eight more wise illuminations, making a total of nine insights—the number of completion and my birth day number. These insights are not just ideas but are embodied truths that have deepened my connection to myself and my journey.

Key Insights from the Journey:

  1. Grounding:
My body is safe and secure. I only accept energies that are beneficial to me.
  2. Receiving:
I love my life, and every day is a blessing. I receive as much nourishment, nurturing, and support as I offer others daily.
  3. Moving Prayer:
My life and body are a moving prayer, embodying the abundance of living a life I love and loving the life I live.
  4. Daily Exercise:
Regular strength training, walking, yoga, and dancing.
  5. Sitting with Pain:
My body is not a coffin to house my pain. I allow myself to feel my feelings and alchemize the pain to match my Soul’s beYOUty.
  6. Magic & Miracles:
I have access to all I need—tools, resources, and synchronistic connections to create magic and miracles.
  7. Feel Like Royalty:
This one was a visceral insight, received from grace and nothing the mind can contrive.
  8. Water Your Garden:
My body is my temple, my garden. How can I thrive if I don’t take care of her?
  9. Become HER!:
My Spirit Action was to complete and embody this (un)Becoming Soul Art Journey by drinking 2.5 – 3 liters of water daily (64 – 100 ounces) for the next 14 days to really anchor in this “New Me”.

I continue to water my garden on a regular basis and it is helping my body let go, release, rest, recuperate, restore, and replenish its radiance.
