As I embarked on this fabric art Soul Art Journey, my 6-year-old inner child appeared, squealing with delight as she reminded me of playing “Paper Doll Dress Up.” Those moments of pure joy and innocent creativity flooded back.
Soon, my 14-year-old self took over, turning this play into something more intentional—“Paper Doll Dress Up: Unleashing My Inner Designer!” At 14, I dreamed of being a fashion designer, but life’s twists and turns, moving back and forth between Germany and South Africa, had other plans. Those experiences shaped me into the person I am today, resilient and adaptable.
Listening to these younger versions of myself helped me heal old wounds and understand the challenges they faced. Bloom Power then revealed how I am capable of teaching big ideas at Soul Health Mentor & Company—ideas that have required me to master the power of standing on my own to foster healthy, inter-connected relationships.
With this mastery and focus, I can effectively teach these big ideas to others, guiding them on their paths to transformation, while blossoming.
