In this week’s episode of Soul Health Mentor Pod, I am speaking about the 4 pillars of Soul Health and why I think it is necessary to build a new word; Soul Health.
“These days adding the perspective of Soul to medicine is called ‘controversial’. But I wonder how NOT connecting Spirit to Science isn’t deemed to be controversial. That’s my perspective”~ Nadia Shana Krauss
As a former corporate health coach now promoting your Divinity, there is a very specific perspective I want to shed light on in this episode.
It’s not about arguing with anyone about what’s right or wrong. It’s about illuminating what’s missing because you just don’t know what you don’t know.
THE POINTS COVERED IN THIS EPISODE
The 4 pillars of Soul Health are:
- Your Spiritual Body
- Your Mental Body
- Your Emotional Body
- Your Physical Body
As a society, we have been taught what it takes to keep our bodies healthy, no question about it. We all know that it takes good nutrition, exercise, and effective stress management skills to stay healthy.
OTHER AREAS OF EXPLORATION
- If we know what we need to do to stay healthy why aren’t we doing it then, as a society at large?
- What are we missing?
- Why is there so much obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, general dis-ease, cancer, and other vulnerabilities?
Isn’t it past time that we learned about the holistic perspective of what’s missing?
Society at large does not know anything about their emotional, mental, or spiritual bodies or how to take care of them.
Society at large defines “health” as the absence of disease, or “doing ok” as long as organs aren’t failing or any other part of the body isn’t losing the capability it was designed for by nature.
Society at large has a way of thinking that causes a BIG problem and continues to create problems.
“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” – Albert Einstein
